Maybe you thinked like me that it would be so cool to cross V. pisiformis and Fava beans (V. faba). Unfortunalty the two species are very far. Maybe some other candidates ?

Really interesting, nicolas! Apparently V. faba is pretty resistant to crossing. I read something about its genetic weirdness, different chromosome sizes or something...will have to look it up again. Let us know how the Pea Vetch gets on.
